I should have used Ford in Ontario. The communication was not good and it took long. When I had a problem and left a message for a manager, the manager didn't even call me the service agent did.

The inside door handle on the driver’s side was
broken making it impossible to exit the vehicle. This was not the case when I brought the vehicle in for recall and service. I don’t understand why the vehicle would be delivered to a customer this way.
The recall and service were professionally
done and timely.
