I spend a lot of money keeping my vehicles running in tip top shape and have trusted your service department. I was shocked today when I went to pay my bill for a service on a Chevy van an asked how much I had on ford pass. I think it was $2.39. I questioned this because I had recently spent almost $1500 for a service on my Subaru. I was told Ford decides how many points you get and only Ford vehicles get all points. That is my last service at Ford for my vehicles!

I requested a call yesterday from the service manager about the poor customer service and lack of communication when our change should have been free. More than 24 hours later and I have not spoken with anyone.
