Thomas was extremely helpful with finding the problem with my truck and had the knowledge to figure out where to have a technician start and complete the repairs in a timely manner. Also he kept me apprised of the progress and completion of repairs.

They did all the work and when something came up he called and let me know the situation that needed attention. I was asked for authorization to correct the deficiencies found. I gave it. I trust your Ford team to keep my truck in top condition and what will need attention in the not to distant future.

You asked if I was completely satisfied and the answer is no. They could not replicate or find the issue with the transmission having a hard shift. Hopefully the problem will correct itself or get to the point where it would do it on a regular basis so they can diagnose it and correct it

James was awesome. I didn’t like how much everything cost but I I understand that wasn’t his fault. He went out of his way to keep me informed and even got me a loaner when my truck took longer than expected to get repaired.
