There’s a new grease mark on driver side by the handle that’s by the visor. There is a scratch mark that is on the dash that wasn’t there before. And the moon roof cover has new stains that go from the middle to the front of it.

I believe you need to expand the shu shuttle to Richland Crocker Dixon, this is the first time I needed to use your shuttle over the years and had it approved but on the day the work needed to be done if it came an issue because the original employee didn't step up and explain to his fellow coworkers what he had said and agreed to, causing distrust. I've always been satisfied with the service I've received there over the last 25 years

I try my bestest to stay away from this establishment. Everything I go there, I feel they are there to rip the customer off. With my recent stop there, not by choice, I felt the same way. I hope in the near future not to go there again.
