Yes! Thomas is amazing! He is by far one of the best service representatives I have ever dealt with at a Ford dealership. He went above and beyond to ensure my truck was taken care of and more importantly that I was aware of everything that was happening. They had to hold my truck overnight because of some issue. He ensured that I got a vehicle that I could use while they were working on it. He is a great asset to the Sellers Sexton team and I appreciate his willingness to help and communicate. The finished product was done well. My only complaint is due to timeliness. My suv is the only car we have to fit all 3 carseats and my military spouse cant get tons of tome off work. So I specically called to ask about how long it take to detail my specfic suv. I was assured it would take only 2.5 hrs. However, in the end it took well over 5.5. I ended up rushing to get my son from school, my other children missed their naps because I had planned for max 3.5 hrs. I understand about other vehicles and time and etc. But then dont give someone a specfic time frame. 2.5 hrs is vastly different then 5.5 hrs
