We live quite a ways a way from the dealership and use them for service on two vehicles. One vehicle we purchased from them. The problem is many times the parts need to be ordered and the vehicles must left. Then the problem isn’t always fixed when we return. We are putting too many miles on our vehicles when we come to pick up the “fixed” vehicles and find after we drive off that the problem still exists. We appreciate the staff. They are always friendly and anxious to please. However, the problems with the vehicle purchased there are mostly manufacturer's issues. The dealership never has these parts needed to correct the manufacturered issues. The warranty on the vehicle is running out faster than it should due to these mentioned issues. It’s very frustrating!
