When I signed my contract to purchase any Lincoln I was under the impression that I would be given a loaner vehicle for any maintenance that needed to be done on my car. No loaners we’re available so I am actually still driving around in a less than safe vehicle because I have to have it in order to do my job. This is unacceptable. AND this is not the 1st time it has happened.

They didn't even identify the issue. Tried to charge me 75 dollars for checking the oil stick. And they said they'd call me back on an issue they didn't figure out how to fix

James was so helpful through text and in person, he answered all my questions he was patient with me due to the fact I know very little about cars he explained what happened to my car and what they did to fix the problem he also went in detail of what I can do to prevent the problem which I appreciate more than he knows ! He was overall just so great I hope he works on my car every time.
