James provided fantastic customer care. I had a special request for my service which took a little extra time I’m sure but the impression I got was that it was no big deal to do. At check out, James was very detailed in explaining everything that was done. I will definitely be back.

James was informative and was able to get my vehicle done early. I am very appreciative of that as it made mine and my fiancé’s day easier. He also explained to my what would have happened to my vehicle if I had waited any longer to bring it in. Perfect timing. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle to this location during my time in Saint Roberts.

The service team are always great, polite and willing to help. I am just always surprise why I need to drop my vehicle off at 8am, but then it takes 4 hours for a standard oil change and tire rotation.

Having issues with your app. Yes please feel free to contact me. I had the same concerns last visit. Responded just as now and never heard from anyone. We used to get a phone call concerning service but I guess that is in the past

The service team was very honest with me, for the most part. They fixed everything I ask for, however; when I went to pick up my car the passenger side rear fender was dented in. I talked to Mike about it and he said he would talk to the service team about it, but I did not receive confirmation that they were looking into it. I know that if I were to call my insurance company they would tell me that you all should cover the damages because the car was under your care. I feel like I’m getting the run around every time I call and ask about it.

Great service, I think that you should know that the deal maker for me is the fact that you wash the truck. I couldn’t take it anywhere to get an oil change and tire rotation AND get it washed for what you charge. It’s a small gesture that goes a long way in my book
