It took a long time. I dropped my car off at 8:00AM and didn’t get it until 2:00they were replacing the cup holder in the back seat. Usually for a service it’s about a hour or so.

Tom is always a great guy to work with, but 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is a little excessive. And when I went out to get into the vehicle, the entire truck was covered with water spots on a black vehicle. The service manager made it right, but knowing they were going to just let it go, until I said something is not good customer service.

The customer service from the initial phone call of making an appointment to picking up my car after the repairs were completed was excellent! It’s easy to keep your money locally when a little bit of kindness is shown, over the phone and in person.
