I had called earlier in the week to schedule an appointment. I was given the time of first thing Thursday morning. When speaking to the scheduler I asked if it would be better if I dropped it off on Wednesday evening and that way they would have it for first thing on Thursday morning. He said that would ideal. I had made mention of my daughter having a doctor's appointment in late afternoon on Thursday and I would need it to be ready at least by 11:00. Well guess what that didn't happen. When I called to see how things were going it hadn't even moved from the parking spot right by night drop box. I was told that they weren't going to even get to it until after lunch. I upset to say the least. When I mentioned about why my car in the night drop I was then told others that dropped their cars off and or that came in actually were going before me. REALLY,!!!. SATISFACTION A BIG FAT ZERO

Did a “drop off appointment” and expected to have to wait all day for my F250 diesel oil change. But it was ready in 2 hrs. Awesome!

The sales department is outstanding. Dillon is the best. However, the service and cashier department is lacking. There are no courtesy cars for people that leave their car for extended periods of time. No courtesy rides to nearby locations (like FLW or home within a few mile radius). The service department is always booked days/weeks out. There should be a maintenance bay/ technician dedicated to routine oil changes and tire rotations to decrease the wait time for those common appointments. Also the service department should consider working half days on Saturdays for routine maintenance services. The dealership doesn’t not offer military discounts. The cashier (Christina) stated it was “too many of us here to offer a discount”. I worked with the Corporate Ford Customer Relations team to help resolve an issue with my vehicle. They offered more than help then the dealership. The dealership didn’t have a pin or account to be reimbursed by the Corporate office. The corporate office asked the dealer to give a loaner car and the dealership said no. While paying my service bill one of the sales reps saw me and asked if my wait was going to be long because they could give a loaner car. I declined the offer because my services were complete, however, that told me that the service department could have done better, but refused to. I’ll continue to drive to Sakelaris and to tell people not to use Seller-Sexton/ Ed Morse. It was a mistake for me to go there.

My vehicle was due for a software update and it got taken care of right away. When I went to leave the issue originally bringing my vehicle in started up again. The mechanic and gentlemen tracking my vehicle came out right away. Noticed that it was the connection of the wires under the driver seat. Then immediately went in to order the part for my vehicle.

I’d like to put a good word in for Tom Julian. He’s a class act, always friendly & helpful. He’s went out of his way on a few different occasions to make sure issues on my f-150 were took care of.
