Ed Morse Ford, its team, and specifically Lee from service have restored my hope into trusting a dealership! I had an oil pump explode on my truck and I had it towed to Ed Morse. Lee kept me up to date with every detail and worked with me on parts that another Ford Dealership had… well… not been the best about. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and I 110% recommend Ed Morse Ford for their service and support. I don’t have any experience with their sales team, but if they’re anything like their service department Id say that you can’t ask for a better team.

We'll see what the answer is monday, but the new key I had to get programmed (and the only key) was not made as an admin key and got set as a "MyKey" and now i have a bunch of weird settings i cannot change or fix. Pretty annoyed honestly. Already cost $310 just for a key and it was also done wrong and set some very limiting features on my vehicle. I dont have another $310 to order another key just to fix the issue on a brand new key just to change a setting i didnt even know was part of the vehicle.

Your dealership got my vehicle in for problem check right away...mr Julian kept me inform along the way.. we discussed the problem and he listened to my concerns and took action on them. Got the vehicle back to me in a timely manner.

Excellence,professional and personal. I felt welcomed and cared for. I had alot of maintenance and repair work performed. During the entire process I was kept informed either by text message or phone call. And the work performed was top shelf quality. And it was all done at a fair price. From the service desk to the cashier, I was welcomed and thanked. Five star service!!!
