Service department was great! Mechanics texted me about updates, their train of thought, what diagnostics they are running, etc. Even when there were part delays they explained why, rather than just saying, “Part isn’t here, just wait.” I was reassured the entire time my truck was with them, and knew it was in good hands.

Excellent communication while my vehicle was being serviced at this location. Every detail was explained throughout the process. I also feel as if this team actually took the time to find any issue with my vehicle. Instead of rushing to completion. One recommendation for future clients, offer a military discount to those that served past and/or present. I think it means a lot.
