Your person performing the all points inspection on my truck missed the headlights not working correctly. You need 2 people to check lights on a vehicle, one to perform the actuations, one to check on the results of the different switches being triggered. One person CANNOT do it correctly by themselves. I now feel like the inspection was pencil-whipped.

Gary went above snd beyond to help me . He spoke to me on the phone when I was broke down and talked me through finding the problem. Saving me a towing charge! That’s above snd beyond! Seller Sexton is fortunate to have an employee like Gary. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I was broke down with a car load of groceries and my 2 year old granddaughter. Thanks again Gary.

I was a little nervous about taking my car to a new dealership. I’ve only ever dealt with St. James and Rolla ford dealerships and after the horrible experiences I’ve always had at rolla. I didn’t want to go anywhere else then St. James. Until this week. The gentleman at the service station was amazing. Really made me feel like I wasn’t another number. He was very friendly and felt very genuine about my concerns. 100% would recommend going back and definitely earned a repeat customer for any future issues. Thank you for going above and beyond.
