Although there were quite a few snags in this repair Tom was great he kept us updated the entire long process. We were thankful we were able to have a loaner vehicle from Ed Morris set up by Tom. Due to unforeseen glass problems non of them were caused by Tom or Ed Morris. We appreciate the service. Thank you

Mr. Julian went above and beyond taking my car on his own time to figure out auto light problem I thought was not working correctly. The lights were performing as they were suppose to. I appreciate this great customer service. This is why I choose this dealership for our Fords.
