Tom Jullian is what I remember customer service to be. Always a smile and a "hey how ya doing". He just gives that warm fuzzy feeling that puts at ease know he will make sure the vehicle is taken care of. Not just your business but the world needs more like him. "Go Route 66"

Tom made us felt at home, took care of all our needs while the Truck was being diagnosed. Since we are from out of town. He pulled a mechanic off another job to find out what was going on. I recommend the dealership Ed Morse Ford if you want to be treated like family! Thanks Tom and Chris (Service manager)! Where I can say something as well

Lee was extremely helpful/ knowledgeable and kept me in the loop all day i don’t know who the tech was who worked on my truck but they got a nice size list completed in a day and I’m overall very happy with my experience!
