I always inspect performed service after completion. I have had dealerships in the past try to rip me off and I can for sure say that Ed Morse is not one of those dealerships. Whoever cleaned and detailed my passenger front of my cab done a great job on my windshield and all. Whoever cleaned my drivers side not so much. Left streaks on windshield and even left the transmission hump dirty. Sadly I didn’t notice this until I left. Passenger side was dang near perfect. I do wish they cleaned the wheels a little better but I’ll just clean those up myself.

I am very satisfied with the work and the people were friendly. I have to bring it back in a week and let him relook at it and see how it's doing and have a minor adjustment made on it. Other than that it works perfect right now. I want to thank the mechanic that worked on my truck and I want to thank Chris the service manager for assisting me with the truck.

A mechanic should be able to figure out a problem without an engine code when given the symptoms and a cleared code. Would not take my vehicle without the code on the dash. I told them the code, symptoms and offered them to drive it while it was still doing what I was taking it in for.
