I'm sure that it wasn't done maliciously, but I lost a lug nut on my way home from your shop. Other than that hiccup, the service was to the standard that I would expect from Ford trained technicians.

My truck was washed and detailedand looking perfect the day before I brought it in for service. When I came to pick up the truck, it was covered in water spots and I had to go home and wash them off. Some of these spots, especially on the windshield took extra steps to remove because they were etched in. Don’t know why the truck was covered in water spots, I did not ask for a car wash or was told I was getting one.
