Recall work, wondering why the part had to be ordered. If the vehicle is being serviced regularly by the dealership why not send the part along with the recall letter?

I questioned why the oil change bill was a bit more than last change and received a satisfactory explanation! I still don't like the vent as I can't turn them to my liking. They don't have a wide enough span to turn. It is somewhat restricted.

I contacted a general manager/owner to express my disappointment regarding services performed I Never authorized and was charged for. Said issue is currently under dispute. I am seeking a full and prompt refund. Empirical evidence, to wit; Text communications between Mr. Lee and I clearly and convincingly illustrates the exacted service I requested and accepted. Moreover I also received a quoted from Mr. Lee, despite later being charged for unauthorized services.
