Car towed in Thursday afternoon. Phoned early the next day of probable cause and approval for repair. Picked up several hours later. Completely happy with all aspects of getting my car repaired.

I am more than a customer, I am treated like family. I totally depend on the dealership for all the needs of my vehicle. It's an awesome time with the staff, from the service department, the shuttle driver and the cashier. In between scheduled service times, I know that I can call them if I have concerns.

James was top-notch. He sent text messages from the dealership about the progress on my car and when the courtesy driver would pick me up. I felt respected and heard at this dealership. I appreciated being able to take my car in today and received a call about what was goi g on with it only a couple of hours later. I’ve had my car serviced at other Ford dealerships since buying my car, and this is by far the best Ford dealership I encountered. Dillon/Dylan (spelling?), the courtesy driver, was so nice and on time. Keep up the good work!

after spending $700 dollars last month I had to return for air leaks and they charged for not doing the job right the first time!!!

The service dept. is very courteous and professional. Even on a cold day with sleet, they brought my car to the door so it would warm up and defrost the windows, very thoughtful and kind. Great service.
