I brought my Ford Taurus in for a 4-wheel alignment, but ended up only having the front aligned. According to the paperwork, this was for lack of a “shim kit“. It took several days to get a complete explanation, and in the end I still have only had a front wheel alignment done. In the past, I have always been completely happy with the service I got at Sellers Sexton. But this time I was a little disappointed. My car still pulls to the left and it is less than I had hoped for after having an alignment done.

Because the lift for my electric chair was incorrectly put on my 2016 Ford Escape, that I traded my, 2013 Ford Escape In in 2017, at Sellers Sexton. The service department told me today that I need take my suv to the dealer for lifts to correct the problem but they want to charge me not doing the job correctly or completely. I am a disabled veteran who lives on a fixed income and your service department told me they could complete the. I have never been this upset with your service department, they have always done a great job that is why I am so unhappy..

My car wasn’t fully cleaned. Stains, dirty and spots in my enterprise weren’t cleaned at all. Had to go back twice and still spots that were not taken care of. Not fully satisfied with my services
