Making the appointment was a nightmare! I would call and leave a message only to finally get a return call at 4:59. You immediately call back and it goes to voicemail. I even tried twice to make a request on line. I time I never received a call and the other time I was given a call saying that the recall appointments weren’t available the day I requested. With no response as an alternative day. It took me two weeks with approximately 7 calls before I could even book an appointment.

Chad consistently provides excellent customer service. I showed up without an appointment with an issue with my tire and he was able get my vehicle in and my issue resolved. Thr dealership was busy, but I never felt rushed. I appreciate the friendly, professional service he provides.

Service was great, Chad and the entire staff are very friendly but picking up the truck takes forever. This visit from cashier payment at 330pm to truck delivery was 55 minutes of waiting. This is after confirming the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Previous visit was over a half our wait as well.
