Chad Larson is the great service manager he takes great care of you and your vehicle if you have any problems with your vehicle go see Chad Larson at Ken grody Ford in Carlsbad California he's the best I drive from Huntington Beach to Carlsbad cuz I trust my truck to Ken grody Ford and Chad Larson

I made an appointment for a warranty covered factory recall approximately two weeks ago. The appointment was for this morning. When I showed up, they told me that they did not have the right part and it would be at least a few days before the part was received. Additionally, they told me I would need to leave my vehicle for two days for the repair. That was not told to me on the phone when I made the appointment. My nteraction with the gentleman today, aside from the fact that I was unable to get my repair done, was positive. He was polite, professional, and apologetic. He explained the process thoroughly and I now have a more realistic expectation for when the repair will be made in the future.

My car was running rough and check engine light came on so I left a message with Chad and he followed right up with me,got me in, helped with a rental car and fixed the problem. I really appreciated his assistance!

Chad has been my service representative for years, continues to be focused on my satisfaction. He clearly is overwhelmed with the significant increase of customers, trying to manage the best he can with the odds against him. My explorer still pulls to the right, but not sure the service department can resolve seems the process is to get folks in and out quick. Not sure what the do next, considering taking to another dealer.

Chad and the service crew are great. Work is always done correctly in a timely manner. Excellent followup as well! Pickup of vehicle after paying cashier is always a problem. I always have to ask to call for my truck a second time. 15-20 minute waits are not uncommon and unacceptable.

I had an appointment and waited in line then got to the front and sat there!!!! Finally I got out and asked if I was in the right place for service. Guy who was just chatting with them said he would get Chad. He was very nice but I sat there and no one acknowledge me. Never happened before!0

Disappointed that this was the second time we requested the recall work would be done. We were told the part had to be ordered the fort time. About 3 to 4 weeks later we inquired again. Again was told part had to be ordered. Unhappy about the slow service.
