JC was very knowledgeable and helpful during my visit, as I came from San Diego. The service I was having done to my 2020 F250 was estimated to be 3-4 hours and I had no means of transportation. JC offered a loaner car which was very gracious of him, I had my son with me. The service and consideration of all in the service dept was outstanding and made the long trek from Sand Diego seem not so bad. thank you very much...

I could really tell it was short staffed this time around but I guess due to the pandemic things will be more difficult. Besides the wait, the rental facility enterprise has only two cars available and I have an all wheel drive vehicle which is handy going up my steep dirt road up at Palomar Mountain. They tried charging me twice personally for an upgrade. Went back to Ken Grody they sent me to another rental facility and they had one car... nothing even close to a comparison...so back to Enterprise and luckily Chad got to verify the upgrade. 3 hours later I finally got to go home.. Could’ve been better but definitely going to prepare for Pandemic quality service, anywhere really.
