The car was in your shop for 4 working days and did not fix anything. The only item that showed it had been repaired was a “sunglasses holder”, or something like that and that wasn’t even broke! The main reason I brought it in was to fix the GPS navigation system, and was not fixed. I really think your customer service is below average and will never bring this car in again. I have had the problem fixed at another dealership. I believe that since I had purchased this 2019 Edge on line, you really didn’t want to help me.

I made an appointment to get a factory recall defect taken care of. I showed up and found out that they did not have the right part in stock. I also learned that it would take a few days, so a rental vehicle would be provided. I arranged with Chad to bring my truck back a few weeks later when the part would be in and I would be traveling so that a rental vehicle would not be needed. Chad was very polite and professional. I brought my truck back at the second appointment. I expected the vehicle would be available upon my return a few days after it was dropped off. I called to confirm and left a voicemail. After waiting more than four hours without receiving a return call, I called and was put on hold for more than 15 minutes. I was told Chad was unavailable. This was on the afternoon of the day I expected to retrieve my vehicle. Ultimately, the vehicle was returned to me the next day. I was pleased that Chad made arrangements to deliver the vehicle to my residence.
