Chad was great! He kept me informed about the car repairs and made sure I got a rental. Very happy with Chad I wished they had washed and cleaned out the car before returning to me. It was there for over a month so pretty dirty and lots of dust / debris came out of the vents when I when I turned on the vents/air. Not sure why that happened. So far the car is running well with the new parts and engine.

Ken grody Ford in Carlsbad is the best I drive my F-250 truck from Huntington Beach to Carlsbad cuz they service it and do a good job and Chad Lawson is a very good sales service rep he takes good care of my truck and it's always ready when he says it is so if you have any problems with your vehicle that needs to be serviced go see Chad Larson he's the best service manager and he will take care of your vehicle just like he takes care of mine very good he's the best
