I dropped my car off on Wednesday 5/5 for an appointment on 5/6. I knew it needed a lift gate actuator/strut and figured it needed a fluid flush and told the tech I needed it back no later than 5/7. No one called me or updated me on Thursday until after I texted at 1019 am. My appointment was for Thursday, not Friday. Friday I was told that a part for the liftgate had to come to Ohio. I left to wonder if the issue had been seen Thursday, if it could have come Friday. Regardless, I was promised all would be ready on Monday. It was nearly 1pm on Monday that I texted to again, get an update. I got an update that the issue of a tail-light that was discovered on Friday couldn't be fixed to some sort of water issue - and again I left to wonder how they didn't know about the water issue on Friday if they recommended the taillight replacement (top center by spoiler). Eventually i was told I need an entire new spoiler. It was a difficult explanation and I appreciate that - so the tech said he would take pictures and go over it with me when I picked it up. When I arrived, I asked for my tech (chad) and they called him and said he'd be up to review it. I waited about 15 minutes, some worker looked at my receipt - another 5 minutes went by and no Chad. I left. The entire experience was unsatisfactory.

I took my vehicle to Ken Gordy because I want to know that when I take my vehicle to a dealership I know I can trust on their people and what they told me I know the a professional and know the problem of the vehicle and no guessing what is the problem. I was really disappointed when I when to pick up my vehicle and my sunglasses where not where I left them (on the top visor on the driver side. I am 100 percent sure that I left them there. Because of that I will never go there every again and I will not recommend Ken Gordy on Carlsbad ever again. Sad to know that you take your vehicle to a place pay a lot of money and the employees are Teeth no trustworthy Respectfully Carlos R Jimenez

I’m very happy with the service that my truck and I received at Kendra eight Ford in Carlsbad! It started with Chad the gentleman that took the time with me when I came in with my truck. He asked me how things were and I told him I think I had a wheel bearing problem. expecting my truck to be there several days and then I found out that it was done early! Chad explained everything to me so I can understand and I really appreciate that. Chad took his time to help me understand what was going on with my truck and I think that is just fantastic! And now I am able to go on the trip and I need to go on this next Monday morning to help with Chad and the crew that works with him to get the job done the right way and the responsible way. I met one of the guys on the crew that was dealing with my truck, I saw him driving after seeing how the performance was. The guy was a gentleman, I wish I could remember his name but I don’t I’m sure Chad knows who it is. I’ve told other people about the good service I get it KEN GRODY Ford just recently and in the past when I’ve been there before. And I’ll be there I’m sure someday when I need something done and I know that I only get the best treatment and the best service for my truck. Thank you Chad and the people that work with you for the great service to my truck! Brian N
