Had two recalls done on my 2014 ford fusion. Chad Larson was friendly very professional. Checked up with me a couple time during my wait time and keep me informed as to where my car was at in the process. I felt like I was in good hands as well trust that my car was being taken car of properly. Awesome team over there. Thank you again Chad Larson!!!

Chad was great. The fact that you had to keep my truck overnight for a software update that I had an appointment for kind of bugged me, but that wasn’t Chad’s fault.

All service provided by Chad and team was great. The reason I responded “No” to this question is that after paying my bill I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my car after the lady called for them to bring it out. After waiting about 15 minutes I had to ask her to have them call for it again. The previous time that I brought my car in for service I had to wait for 30 minutes for my car to be brought out to the front and I had to ask the lady to call for it to be brought out three times (the original call + 2 more times).
