Michael Mills and his partner Steven do a fantastic job. Both are real assets to your organization. I will admit I am a fairly demanding customer and they go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. Michael's communication is top notch and I am always kept abreast of progress, costs, and completion time.

Chad has been my service rep for over 20 years. I am moving out of state now and will definitely miss him. He’s always been extremely knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating (helping me find or get transportation while my car was unavailable) and I always knew I could trust what he said, which is extremely important. Chad is a true asset to Ken Grody Ford and I hope he is recognized as such.

Mike Mills is one of the best service writers I have encountered. I have much experience with most dealerships in San Diego County due to my love of cars. Each time I bring one in for service I wish Mike was there to handle my service needs. KG should do there best to keep him on board !!!

Your guys reputation was a big reason why i decided to trust KG for buying my first car. Very satisfied with every aspect of my expirience start to finish. Thanks for taking care of me guys. There were tons of vehicles in for service and mine was still taken care of. Everyone did great. On another note, the new Mach E Mustang looks like a thick station wagon. I want to buy a newer Mustang but this one is not a pony car.
