We didn’t receive a call or text that our car was finished from Chad. my husband rode his bike from San Marcos to Carlsbad to get there by 6pm(service closing hours according to your website). And the doors were locked because it closed at 5pm. He had to ride his bike back home to San Marcos because he couldn’t get the car. The next morning Hector was apologetic and drove my car to our house and compensated our inconvenience. Thank you.

Initially I picked up my truck and I noticed in the report that my brakes were at zero. So completely gone. I was never notified by my advisor even though they had my truck for a week. I took it back the next day to get the brakes done. Also when they had my truck I left several text messages and voicemail for my advisor and never go any response back. All in all Not Good!
