Your SMS system is a bit wonky. I was getting text messages days after my appointment telling me my vehicle was ready. Please check and correct.

We moved to MT several years ago from Leucadia CA. We visit frequently and had a problem with the windshield washer in our brand new Aviator. Chad Larson got us in found the problem and ordered the part for repair. The estimated delivery was after our departure date so we thanked Chad, told him we would be flying to HI, back in a week, then off to MT. Upon return from HI Chad reached out to us, the part was received earlier than expected, got us in and repair was done. Chad went out of his way to help us out of towners, it won’t be forgotten.

Chad is great, perfectly happy with him and service provided. I will say scheduling service was extremely difficult. Submitted on line request for service multiple times with no response. Finally kept calling and leaving messages with no response. Then finally got a hold of person and was able to schedule. Took a few weeks.

I was told when I bought my truck from you and bought the extended warranty that I would get a nice wash when I brought my truck in for service. 2nd time, no wash. Sad.
