I’ve been taking my vehicle since I bought it to Ken Grody for 10 years now and I am always impressed with their intake system and how easy it is to schedule a drop off. Once they have my vehicle they communicate with me to let me know what the status is, but I have to say that I give major credit to Chad Larson. The guy is professional, knowledgeable, and explains things perfectly. It’s always a great experience.
