Diagnosis said I needed a new catalytic converter and y pipe. I was told over the phone it would be $3500 to repair. Seemed like a lot and Chad said it's because the converters are hard to get and people are even stealing them due to value. I declined and when I picked up my car there was no breakdown of recommended repairs for me. Overall it seemed sketchy without a cost breakdown. Then it took 15 mins to get my car after paying diagnostic fee. Meanwhile no one smiling or inviting employee. I even walked the new car lot waiting for my car. I will say after my experience today I won't consider you for any service or future car purchase. Which I'm strongly considering after quote of repair.

Service on the car was fine. The waiting time for a 12:30 appointment was irritating. Usually this takes one hour or less. Today took 2 hours.

I had a frustrating day when I went over to my appointment. To begin with when I got to my appointment they told me that I did not have an appointment for today and that the part my car was missing had not been ordered. I had to ask for a day off in order to be able to attend this appointment. I lost a day that I could had been working because I drove all the way up to Oceanside from San Diego. I am disappointed with my experience, and this is the second time it has happened. I would recommend to send confirmation emails or text messages to your clients to avoid miscommunication errors. Thank you for your time.
