Chad is always very personable and pays attention to any question I might have. I am satisfied with the level of customer service Mike Mills has provided me as he has been friendly and professional. However, I did not have my truck returned to me in the same condition as I had dropped it off for servicing. Specifically, there appears to be overspray of some sort on many of the truck's horizontal surfaces, including the hood, roof, and the windshield. The surfaces feel rough to the touch like sandpaper and the windshield looks like it has thousands of tiny specks on it. The substance did not come off after washing the truck. Mike apologized and has offered to fix the issue. However I am upset that I have to take another day off from work to have the issue resolved, add more unnecessary miles to my vehicle, and spend more money on gas. This should not have happened and I would like to be compensated for this inconvenience.
