I had to call Chad Larson because my Expedition had a major problem. I was surprised that Mr.Larson had me drop off the Expedition. I had called for an appointment and the earliest was for November. I needed it fix sooner because I had planned road trip,but the Expedition needed repairs. Mr. Larson called me today and said my vehicle was ready for pickup. I am truly happy with hold Chad handle my service request. I feel that my experience with Ken Gordy Ford will always be 100% satisfied. I understand that sometimes we no choice but to get the repairs done. It would have cost me even more. I will definitely bring it back again for service and repairs. I hope that Chad Larson will be my services advisor. The process was easy, because I spoke directly with my service Advisor. He made it happen. He listened to my concerns and kept me updated during and after the service about my vehicle. Thank you Chad Larson and staff. I will definitely bring my other vehicle in for service.

People were very good, but was 2 week lead time for my appointment. Needed it done quicker. Found two other Ford locations that could do it quicker. Will go there in the future, 2 weeks on something that was a minor fix but shut me down!!!! You guys were a lot better in the past!!!

Mike was excellent. He stayed in touch with me and ensured that everything was taken care of. (The Ford Tustin service department had my car for 8 weeks and we’re terrible. They did not do anything and they wouldn’t communicate. My car had to be towed from Tustin to Ken Grody.) Many thanks to Mike and the team at Ken Grody!!!

I have continuously had the WORST SERVICE ever at this dealership. My third time trying to bring my vehicle in for service. I thought maybe the first couple experiences were a fluke. But I picked my vehicle up after two full days of no updates and no work being completed and I will not be using Ken Grody in the future. No one answers the phone, texts or returns messages. Communication is non existent. Cars sit for days without even being looked at, which is unacceptable and a total waste of time and money for everyone involved.
