Mike did a great job with the service portion of my vehicle. The repairs went well and everything seems fine now. However, while my car was at the dealer, my sun glasses were stolen from the center console . I shouldn’t have to worry about this kind of stuff while my car is being worked on. I also reported this to Paloma but she never responded. Kind of a bummer. I’m not expecting money for my glasses but you’d think the Customer Relations person would have at least responded back. Ken Grody is the ONLY dealer I will buy from or have warranty repairs done at. I even drive an hour just to utilize your dealer services. In a world of mostly crappy dealers, Ken Grody remains my number 1.

Everytime I have taken my car to be serviced, my concerns have been addressed quickly and even if the service takes longer than anticipated, I have been set up with a rental car. The service team has renewed my belief in the dealer service department and I really appreciate them! Michael Mills and his service team are phenomenal and give great customer service and satisfaction!!

Dont know anyone we'd trust our vehicles to as much as we trust Mike Mills. Our two cars are each fifteen years old. We dependent on them to get us and our family around amidst cars that have much improved mobility and safety features. And we look for only one thing: safety and reliability. Thats why service is important to us. We love Dennis who was our serviceman for many years before retiring. We are so thankful Ken Grody hired Mike Mills. (And he is a joy to know.)
