Your team completely misdiagnosed my vehicle problem and was deceitful in how you examined my vehicle to render the diagnostic issue. I paid $180 for information I already gathered prior to my visit with you. I was hesitant to have your team assess the issue because I already knew the problem, however I was talked into it by chad BC he stated the mechanics will “comprehensively examine the engine in addition to running diagnostics”. This did not happen, yet I paid for the procedure. 0/10 for the mechanics. I don’t know if chad knew this or not as the mechanics absolutely **** the bed.

I asked for a quote on my drivers arm rest and didnt get anything on my work order. Also they checked off that they checked everything and I noticed today that my rear wiper is falling apart. Same thing happened last time, the wipers were checked off on my list but they were still shredded when I picked my car up had to take it to Walmart the next day.
