Chad provided excellent customer service. I called with an issue with my car at noon and he worked my car in and had the problem identified, the cost and a time frame for fixing the issue when he called me back. He was also able to find a rental car for me before I left the dealer.

I was told it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and they took over 2 hours and I was very late to my appointment. The disorganization was unacceptable.

I keep getting service update texts as 8f the car was still being serviced. I have received errant messages anywhere from 7 hours after I picked up my, up to 12 days after I picked it up. Otherwise, service experience was great.
