I didn’t get a call when my car was ready. Since they did not provide a shuttle, I had made arrangements for friend to take me to pick up the car. I imposed on her day because the service dept never called me when it was ready . It seems like a simple correction to make resulting in an appreciative customer. I was without a car overnight, unnecessarily.
