Chad Larson is the best service manager I come all the way from Newport Beach to have my truck service and it's always done on time he's the best they treat you like family if you're going to buy a car or have it service I've had six trucks I bought through Ken Grody Ford and never had a problem they're the best Ford dealership in United States if you need to have your truck or car service go see Chad Larson and his staff they're the best if you need to buy a car go see Kurt and their sales staff they treat you like family they're the best they're number one with me

The part that needed to be repaired was replaced at 55k miles. Why would a fuel inlet have to be replaced twice in 85k mikes.

Chad Larson is the best! He’s friendly, and really takes the time to address your concerns with effectiveness and care! When we purchased our car from Ken Grody Redlands, we took it in for service the first time in Carlsbad, and have been going there ever sinc- from Chad in service to the ladies in the service/cashier department- excellent service! Mr. Ken Grody, you do have the nest people working for you from Redlands to Carlsbad! Thank you!
