Mike was great but I was frustrated my service contract wasn’t showing so I had to pay for my oil change. I went go and ans confirmed I did indeed have 2 service contracts so I called the service dept back. Mike was very helpful , said he would make sure my service contracts were indeed linked to my account and I was ultimately issued a refund. This was my 1st service on my new vehicle so frustrating finance did not enter my service contracts. Again, Mike was great and fixed the issue.

Chad is very attentive and answers all questions in detail. He goes above and beyond to find and address possible future problems before they become hazardous and possibly pose a danger to anyone traveling in the car. We also appreciate that he gives a realistic service completion date and always keeps us apprised of any unforeseen situation not visible in the original diagnosis.
