When I first bought my vehicle from you the service was really good, but as time went on the quality started to become less. From not get the vehicle washed to having to argue about getting a rental vehicle which was part of the maintenance package I purchased when I bought the vehicle. I will never use your dealership again, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. Very sad that you basically steal from your customers.

If the customer makes specific requests in the appointment please at some point acknowledge them and either address them in the comments on the form filled out for oil changes/inspections or have the mechanic talk to the customer about them.
