Chad was great. He always provides exceptional service. Cashiers dept was less competent. I stood outside for 30 minutes before someone noticed I was waiting. He asked what he could do to help. When I showed him my invoice, he got my car quickly. He was not informed earlier to bring my car around.

Done in less time than expected. You really need a nice customer lounge. You need to make every customer feel special. No free water or coffee. Go look at The Toyota Carlsbad customer lounge.
