Service Department was very busy when I arrived to drop my vehicle off for service. Michael went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Very knowledgeable and was careful to detail my problem so the tech could diagnose and fix. Kept me informed via text of progress. Vehicle was ready next day. He noticed me waiting for my car. Followed up to make sure my car was delivered back to me promptly. Detailed what was wrong and the repair to fix. Definitely the best service I have ever had! Thank you
