He was very professional, explained the process which enabled them to diagnose the problem. Stayed in touch with me through the process while the work was being completed. Completed the work ahead of schedule. He was A very knowledgeable and honorable man! I would most certainly bring my vehicle back again Knowing I would be treated respectfully and fair . Chad Larson was great but I had to bring the truck back because they couldn’t find the problem that I told them about once the problem arose again I drove it right back and showed them then it took couple days to get the new part my truck was out of commission for six days and I got my truck back filthy with grease on my leather seats the truck cost me $80,000 almost and you would think better care would be taking care of it
