Paloma Arroyo is such an amazing person and customer service representative. Even though the Ford dealer was busy, Chad, the service advisor recognized the urgency of fixing my car and accepted me as a walk in. We are surprised the car was repaired earlier than was originally told. We were not in a rush to get the car back because we understood the service dept was busy. We were just happy the car was allowed to stay and get fixed. Always happy with the ser ice and kindness of the service advisors.

Completely satisfied with Chad‘s excellent customer service not satisfied with Ford in general not having enough staff to work on EV vehicles as our car took two weeks to finish because of this and left us with a rental car that we had to pay gas for when we normally don’t pay money towards any gas so this was upsetting clearly the infrastructure is not built up to service the cars
Chad always does his very best to get me in and out of the service waiting room every single time. He answers all my questions and if he doesn’t know the answer he gets the answer quickly. At Ken Grody Ford all the service advisors are great, Chad is probably the best. Just my opinion!!
Chad is my representative for my Ford escape. He found time every day to make sure I was informed of any progress. He really is a people person way he communicates with his customers. Because he’s always so calm and explains things so well you, yourself calm down. In my case I thought my car was going to be ready a couple of days earlier than it finally was. The wrong parts came, and let’s face it the service department is so busy. Almost too busy as more cars to be serviced than bays and mechanics to fix them.
My biggest problem is not having a car for a few days and not being able to rent one. I wish you had that service that you used to have that one could get a ride back and forth. I also wish you had loaner cars on site when your car is going to be out of commission for more than predicted. However I am glad that my car is running well now that it has been fixed, and that Chad got through all the paperwork of my insurance warranty. Thank you
