I’m going to go before now. Ultimately 10 years I bought at least three times. I love the service department in Chad Lawson does an amazing job helping me get my car taken care of any time I need any type of service repair. He’s such an asset to your company so discreetly appreciate it.

Communication with your front office is disgraceful. You are kept on hold listening to Ford commercials for as long as 15 minutes. It’s the worst company I have dealt with. Clean up your front office act . Chad was great. He just needs better front office support.

The service rep was honest with me and told me they couldn't determine the cause of the issue. The service rep could have just indicated they found something and resolved the issue, but that's not what happened. I'd rather have someone be honest with me and let me know they couldn't find an issue than tell me something that isn't correct. This gives me more trust in the dealership. I'm a Ken Grody Ford fan.
