The truck had a key fob problem. Mike found the problem and took care of it ASP. Very happy the way it was handled.

Mike and Kyle are great. But the service wasn’t complete. I returned my new transit to get it painted due to mtg defect. When I returned 3 weeks later from Orange County to pick up the van, only part of the issue was resolved. The side was repainted but the front roof didn’t appeared to be fixed (as confirmed by Kyle and another service person). Now I have to take the van back in January to get it resolved. Happy Holidays!
