The Service Mgr Michael Mills was super. I walked to the island to ask for Hector and Mike told me he was away for the next hour that he would be glad to help me. He jump right on my question about a new back up camera for trailers and he found the box Hector was holding for me. He listen to all my questions in detail did 19 minutes research on my questions made some calls. Explained everything in detail about the package from Hector and I was a happy Camper. I will say Grody Ford is lucky to have Mike as a Service Manager. Very much a people person also ready to step up to the plate. Ask as I was leaving if I had any questions feel free to text or email him on any questions. I will be doing all of my services with Grody Ford now even though I live 39 miles away. We are so lucky to have Michael Mills take care of us! We had to have our vehicle towed in. Michael took over, had everything repaired & serviced. The only time we had to show up was to pick up the vehicle. That’s great service!

It was all around an amazing experience and transaction! Everyone was so genuine and helpful. Starting with the sales team(Broch and Twee), to management(Greg) to ending in finance(Jaime). Everyone worked so great as a team and it all went so smoothly. Ken Grody Ford Carlsbad always is exceptional and we will be back for further business in the future!
