Air bag recall. Was as expected. They got it done faster than originally told. Although I received texts about my car being being in progress, when I had already picked it up. Nothing to complain about. Everyone was nice, professional and friendly. No up Service attempted. I would recommend.

We purchase all of our new trucks with the ford maintenance service plan. We were persuaded to do this with the first truck we purchased by Chris in fleet sales. We have continued to purchase this plan on all of the trucks we have purchased to date to to the quality, and speed of service that we have received since. It’s nice that even though extra services such as changing of brake pads are included in our service plan (and as such we would assume that a service provider might be hesitant to recommend them) that service personnel are quick to recommend and undertake such services in order to keep our fleet safe and efficient. Job well done!!!

Every time we get the oil changed we are there at least three hours. Oil changes should never take that long, no matter how busy the shop. I've worked in service departments over the years and none of them took this long. We love our sales rep and will always come back to Noor, but we are seriously considering switching to another dealer for our oil changes.

Mike Mills told me that he expected my truck to be repaired and ready by 3:00 to 3:30 and it was. He also told me that the dent removal guy was a “magician” and he was! I couldn’t tell the dent was ever there in the first place. It is amazing!

The check in was a little rough. Only one guy checking the cars in. We were lined up out into the street in both directions. But everything else worked out.
