Our Ford sedan was stalling out. Had no idea why? Mechanics at Ken Grody figured it out and made the repairs and we sure appreciate it. Running good again. Kudos to your staff especially for the specialized care of MIKE MILLS.

Mike and Stephen are absolutely awesome. Mike, though, is the reason I come back to Ford again and again for service. He is trustworthy, thorough and patient with me when I explain a problem. If he tells me to get tires or brakes or do a service, I do it because I trust him. I've come there for three years and as long as I own a fOrd i will continue to go to Ken Grody and perform all service recommended by Mike and Stephen. Thank you guys!

Michael Mills takes great care of any issue I have had with whatever Ford I owned. He is the ultimate of kindness in a person, with respect and attention to detail. His caring attitude goes a long way in today’s world. I bought my second Ford Escape recently rather than switch to a different model of vehicle, in large part due to Michael Mills and the quality service I have received in the service department.

Ken grody Ford is the best I drive my truck from Newport Beach to Carlsbad so it can be serviced and they always do it right and at a fair price Chad Lawson is the best service manager if you have any problems with your car or truck go see Chad and his staff they're very professional and they help help out Chad Larson is the best service manager he takes great care of you and make sure your car is done right I've been going to Ken grody Ford for over 30 years and bought all my trucks through Ken grody Ford they're like family if you need need your car or truck repaired go see Chad Larson and his staff and they will help you out if you need a new car go see Kurt he will give you the best deal possible Ken grody Ford is the only place to go to get your car serviced or buy a new car they're like family and they treat you right
